Welcome to our office. You were referred to see Dr. Sandeep Sharma, a dental specalist in Periodontics. An appointment for an examination has been made for you and will take approximately one hour. As we have reserved a specific time for you, we require 2 business day’s notice to accommodate schedule changes for this appointment.
Your initial appointment may include photographs, any necessary digital radiographs, a thorough intra and extra-oral examination, a discussion of your concerns, the current status of your dental health and treatment options. All the information arising from the examination will be communicated to your general dentist and any other specialists with whom you may be involved.
We encourage you to bring your dental insurance information with you as we would be pleased to help process your dental claim and file pre-treatment estimates. As dental benefits are a negotiated contract between you/your employer/association and the insurance company, we do not accept payment from the insurance company. We will accept payment from you at the time treatment is rendered. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly.
Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Debit, Visa, or MasterCard. We do not accept personal cheques.
